Booking terms & conditions

To confirm the reservations we require a deposit of 30% of the the total amount by bank transfer or credit card (Visa o Mastercard - No American Express)

Cancellation conditions

Deposits are not refundable.
For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival date in low season and 14 days in high season, holidays and week end (21 days before from 26/12 to 06/01)
the  deposit can be used for a future stay within 1 year. After this deadline, the deposit will be hold by the hotel as a cancellation fee.
In case of early departure or late arrival or now show you will be charged 100% of the booking.

Check in - ceck-out time

Check-in time: 15:30 in hotel,  16.00 in the chalet, it's not possible to arrive after midnight.
Check-out:  by 10:00

Although we will do our best to try to fulfill your requests, we cannot always provide the room number or floor requested within the booked room category.
We ask for your understanding in this regard.
