How to get to Bormio:
By car
- From Milan: Tangenziale Nord, exit Cinisello Balsamo; duel carriageway Lecco until Colico; SS 38 for Sondrio, Tirano, Bormio
- From Brescia: motorway A4 exit Brescia Ovest direction lago d'Iseo; SS42 Breno, Edolo; SS39 for Aprica , Tirano; SS 38 for Bormio
- Da nord:
- From St. Moritz, Passo Bernina, Passo Forcola, Livigno, Bormio. (passable only in the summer)
- From St .Moritz, Passo Bernina, Tirano, Bormio. (open all year round).
- From Zernez, Tunnel "Munt la Schera" galleria della Drossa, Livigno, Bormio. Info: www.livigno.eu
- Passes open only in the summer:
- Passo del Gavia (dalla provincia di Brescia - Ponte di Legno) = which leads to Santa Caterina Valfurva eand therefore to Bormio
- Passo dello Stelvio 2750mt (dalla provincia di Bolzano) con discesa a Bormio
- From Santa Maria (Confine Italo - Svizzero) head towards Passo di S. Maria – Umbrail pass 2500mt che si collega

By train
- From Milan Central Station, the train takes two and a half hours and goes through Lecco, Morbegno, Sondrio and ends the line at Tirano. timetables available on www.trenitalia.it
- From Tirano there is a bus service that carries on to Bormio, to check time table visit www.busperego.com
- From S. Moritz, Switzerland there is a train service to Tirano and there you will find the above bus service for Bormio
By plane
Airport transfers
